In his sessions, Erik creates a safe and supportive environment, utilizing techniques that empower athletes to manage pressure, build resilience, and foster a winning mindset both on and off the field.

His insights delve deeply into understanding the relationship between mental health and sports participation, illuminating how stress and anxiety can afflict even the most skilled individuals. For Erik, the journey doesn’t end at enhancing athletic performance; it extends into fostering a culture where mental health is prioritized within the realm of sports. He sees a vision where athletes are confident in sharing their mental struggles, where vulnerability not only humanizes them but enriches the sport as well.

As the conversation around mental health continues to evolve, Erik remains a champion for athletes, mentoring them through life’s complexities both on and off the field. Alexia Marcano

I offer grounded, intuitive bodywork for those seeking both meaningful pain relief and a deep reset of the nervous system. My work is present and mindful, guided by listening—to the body, the breath, and the energetic cues that reveal where tension lives and what’s ready to soften. Each session is shaped with intention, allowing space for release while maintaining a sense of stability and support.

Through Grounded Hands, I create an earthy, calming environment where the body can settle and trust. My approach blends quality technique with subtle energetic awareness, supporting relief that feels both effective and restorative. Breath, presence, and steady touch are woven throughout each session, helping clients feel safe, grounded, and held.

This is bodywork designed to bring you back into balance—easing physical discomfort while quieting the mind. My intention is for every client to leave feeling more rooted, relaxed, and at ease in their body long after the session ends.
